Take 2-3 tsp of the mixture and pour them with pre-heated water (80-100℃). Leave for 8-15 minutes and strain. Mix 1:1 with Prosecco. Serve with crushed ice, a slice of freshly cut lime and a few fresh mint leaves. You can also drink without adding alcohol. *Suitable for hot summer days.
